  • Communicate your EXACT requirements and wishes to Spanish-speaking contractors such as plumbers, gardeners, and electricians.
  • Coordinate more complex projects such as remodeling, room extensions, terrace construction, roofing repairs/installations all while using my expertise as a civil engineer to make sure the job gets done right.
